Recruiter call scheduled for 30 minutes, recruiter was 8 minutes late, seemed disinterested and not paying attention, asked me the same questions about my experience multiple times. Did not sound excited about the company. I thought the questions were very broad in scope for answering in 22 minutes. Got the impression they made a snap judgement or had filled the position in about 15 seconds. Think they assumed no culture fit based on looks.
