I applied online. I interviewed at SeatGeek (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Had a phone call with the Director. He briefly described the main functions of the position. Then he described the candidate they are looking for. Finally, we went over my CV.

Question 1
What was your main contribution on your previous work
Awful - I think I figured this company out. I know some of the people who lead teams from previous workplaces as colleagues and I can tell you for sure that this is NOT a company that hires on merit but on whether or not someone subjectively likes them (with who they are playing a big part of it - read between the lines as to what that means). Minorities shouldn't bother and don't work for/apply for this company since your colleagues won't treat you with fairness, will steal credit for your work, talk down to you and who you are and whether someone "likes" you matters more than output/production if my experience with them at this previous employer (and the hiring process here) is any indication. Run from this place especially if you are a minority since they'll make you do most of the work with little to no prospect of growth - that is the culture I gather from SeatGeek.
