Seamax Freight International interview questions

Don't waste your time. Interviewing for this company period. I had an interview as I come from the freight forwarding industry and after 15 minutes of grilling questions about the company I work for and 0 questions about me as a future employee. I came to the conclusion that he was not necessarily interviewing me for the position. But rather find out information about his competitors. They did offer me a position but very low salary. I only accepted because I needed a job asap to help pay for my bills.

The whole process was around 20 min. The interviewer just wanted to make sure that I was actually knowledgeable in this field. Very relaxed process. They asked a few questions about some technical questions in this industry that only experienced candidate know. We went through my past employment history and they wondered what I am looking for in an employer and how they can keep good workers staying for the same company.
