Applied and had a recruiter reach out to schedule a time to talk. They asked questions about my experience and the tech stacks I've worked with. They emailed me after to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I emailed back and asked about the salary range, which wasn't disclosed on the first call. The recruiter and recruiting coordinator both ghosted me, even though I sent two emails.
