I was contacted through email asking to schedule an interview. During my first interview, which was scheduled within the week, I met with the operations manager and the lab manager. Before that, I was asked to take a timed (15 min) aptitude test, followed by a chemistry test that had no limit. The aptitude test was simple. The chemistry test took some thinking. The lab manager "graded" my chemistry test and although I didn't do the best, I don't think that test had any impact on their decision to hire me. I got a tour of the lab and was asked simple questions, such as why I want to leave my current job and a little about my experience. After that interview I was contacted by email again asking to come in for a second interview to meet with one of the owners. I came back within a couple days and sat down with the co-owner. She asked me some questions and then said she would email me the next day with a decision.

Had an online (due to covid) screening interview followed by a second interview which included a tour as well as an aptitude test and basic chemistry exam. Everyone was very friendly. They asked very basic interview questions.
