Scholly interview questions

One word: horrendous. I received 3 separate phone screens, which seemed odd. The first being: "This is the job, are you interested?" The recruiter was unable to answer basic questions and was vague about the position. The second call was to gather salary requirements etc. still not able to answer questions - very vauge. The third call was to assess my skills etc. Waste of time... best (worst) of all, the email communications were sent in confidential mode, so not only did they ghost me after 3rd phone call, the email correspondence *magically* disappeared as well. For a Director level position, you'd think there'd be more tact in the process itself... clearly a company (if you could call it that) to stay far far away from.

I made React Native Demo. They got back to me right away: the next day. I spoke to the project manager and he asked me questions about my team and sprints. Then he asked me about my current role and how I use React Native. Then he asked me how I used React Native at my previous job in 2015. I told him I didn't use react native in 2015. He got upset and asked me how I used mobile native in my 2015 job, I told him I didn't and I have only used it the last year. He did not like that and said that they are hiring someone who has developed mobile apps for a long time.
