I applied via email, and got a reply that my application was accepted . I had to take a writing quiz to assess my writing abilities and skills. When I passed to written test I had a phone interview with the editorial manager. After passing the phone interview I had to do a skype interview with the editorial manager and the president of the company (she was currently in New York -- they have a branch there too). After the skype interview I was offered a job, and had to come in the office to meet their HR manager. The interview process was relatively quick (within the span of 1-2 weeks).
