The interview process began with a phone call to assess basic compatibility and mutual expectations. During this initial conversation, we discussed my background, experience, and interests, and I had a chance to ask a few questions about the role.
After that, we moved on to a Zoom interview, which focused more on my previous experience and projects. I was asked to introduce myself, explain what I did in my previous role, and talk about specific challenges I faced and how I solved them. The interviewer was especially interested in the problems I had worked on and how I approached debugging and development tasks.
Toward the end of the interview, we transitioned to the technical part, where I was asked a few coding questions to assess my problem-solving and programming skills.
