Interview
Interviewed mostly on domain knowledge. Asked questiuons on the current working project, which for me was on Base station controller in GSM. some very fundamental questions on GSM and CDMA followed by basic questions in programming languages C and C++.
In C questions were like difference between static and global variables, size of structure when packing is allowed etc. In C++ it was on claases , inheritance , Virtual functions dynamic memory allocation etc.

What is the difference batween Static variable and Global variable? When do we use static variable and when do we use Global variable? Is it possible to use static variable declared in one file in another file using EXTERN?

Had two rounds of interview. The process involved testing basic knowledge on linux kernel device drivers and the past project work experience. They also tested on C. Basic knowledge and a program. Each interview was for an hour.

Interview process is very much transparent.
Focus was mostly on technical expertise along with program skills and code writing ability.

Interview
There were multiple rounds of interview, technical, client, HR etc. The panel was helpful as well as asking quality questions. Not that much difficult but you need to know your basics and you're good.
