Sapient interview questions

Written Exam followed by case studies and Tech Interviews Written Exams at all levels is not appropriate We should have some level set for the process Its like we dont know the content of exam its not even open book, but we have to clear to move to next round. They should present some syllabus at least to concentrate

People are very friendly and the interview. It went very smooth. Not very technical, basic questions, the amouts they pay are a bit low. I liked the experience, it is a pitty the offer was so low.
