Intro call, role/behavioral fit, case study, values fit interview. People were great and really vibed with the team. Questions really had you think and reflect on who you are as a person and if you fit the organizational culture.

Interviewer shows up late, leaves early and no respect for my time or answers. Clearly reading off a script of predefined questions. Absolutely unprofessional. Recruiter was also not helpful in preparation for calls.
30 min intro call with expected interview questions eg. tell me about you, why Sana, provide detailed GTM / sales background and experience, what's your biggest default, why this move now, etc.
