I went through four interviews: one phone call and three Zoom calls (1 for a take home assignment which gave me mixed feelings because anyone can upload it to an AI and have it answered so not quite an useful)
Everyone I spoke to was friendly, but the process felt unnecessarily long and lacked clarity.
When I asked specific questions about the role and responsibilities, I either got vague answers or noticed discomfort around providing details — which felt like a red flag. In the end, I received a short phone call to say I wasn’t moving forward, with no feedback or explanation, even after investing significant time and energy.
The people seemed nice, but either didn’t have a solid understanding of the position or weren’t comfortable sharing — either way, not a great sign. After reading reviews from current and former employees, I actually feel relieved it didn’t move forward. Their hiring process could definitely use some improvement.
