4 interviews 1. With COO 2. With CEO 3. Panel 4. Panel #2 Complete waste of time. The ceo definitely doesn’t know what he’s doing. He sent me a “case brief” which was an unfinished power point slide and 3 points and told me to make a presentation. My presentation was concise, and I went above and beyond of what was told for me to do. I was informed I didn’t get the position due to communication style because I was interruptive. It’s kind of hard to know when someone is done talking virtually with more than 3 people. I am calling out this company for being unprepared and not knowing what a real company culture is that’s probably why you guys have such high turnover rates. I’m glad I didn’t get an offer - your COO should be running your company instead.
