I was referred by a recruitment firm. Great interview process, made me comfortable, shared responsibilities, and asked for expectations. Fast process, hiring was finalized within a week. The salary offer matched my expectations.

hiring manager and HR manager interview which lasted for about 15 minutes. After interview, they did not provide any feedback or note to me. I know I cannot match their requirement, but at least, I should get a feedback. This is basic process or respect candidates.
