hiring manager and HR manager interview which lasted for about 15 minutes. After interview, they did not provide any feedback or note to me. I know I cannot match their requirement, but at least, I should get a feedback. This is basic process or respect candidates.

I was referred by a recruitment firm. Great interview process, made me comfortable, shared responsibilities, and asked for expectations. Fast process, hiring was finalized within a week. The salary offer matched my expectations.

Interview
Initial screening with recruiter via calls, followed by one in person interview with hiring manager, he representative and senior leadership. HR representative followed up a couple of days later to discuss details of the offer.
