Interview
I applied through Summer of Tech where they followed the usual process. Meet & greet 10-15min interview, followed up with a few longer interviews. I didn't have any technical tests, instead they wanted to get to know me as a person and a developer.
Most of the questions were based around getting to know me, my interests, and my skills. They were extremely interested in past projects I had completed, and seemed to focus largely on my experiences surrounding them.
They encouraged me to ask plenty of questions, and answered them without hesitation. Every response was genuine, which made the conversations really feel like they connected with me.
Overall a very nice experience, and which I hope I have the pleasure of going through again at some stage.
