Sabre Team Lead Operations Research interview questions

I read the job description on LinkedIn and applied on Sabre's website. I was invited for an on-site interview directly. I requested a phone screening first, but they insisted on the plan. Anyways, C++, the language of choice there, was not listed in my resume but instead I had Java. I was familiar with most of the numeric optimization methods they utilized, and I was asked about them. I stated I wasn't exposed to RM, but I was asked an RM question. Finally, I received a call a week after the interview with the excuse that the company wanted to move forward with a candidate with more coding skills. I was not even asked a coding question during the entire interview :)
