      The interview process began with a comprehensive set of standard questions designed to assess the candidate's background, experience, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills. This was then followed by a detailed and structured presentation, which aimed to evaluate the candidate’s communication style, depth of subject knowledge, organizational skills, and overall professionalism in delivering information clearly and effectively to the panel.
