The interviewer (not HR) asked me how much money I was payed in my previous job, which was kind of weird and unprofessional... never happened to me before in any job interview.

Very easy interview process. Met with hiring manager first and then with the CEO. Both were very friendly and asked some general questions about job history and spoke about position and company culture.
