Interview
It was the most interesting interview process I have ever experienced. The only one where I honestly should have listened to myself, gotten up and walked away. There was a definite lack of integrity.

Interview
To begin with, there was a one on one interview with the "would be" direct supervisor for the position and then a group interview with the company CEO as well as other operational and technical staff.
