I interviewed at SOTI in summer. The process was quite different from other interviews - Recruiter round, HR round, Brain teasers and then VP round.
The recruiter explained that there are many engg mgr roles but only 1 job posting is created and they will do team matching in the end. The HR round was all about leadership, handling difficult situations, managing risks etc.
The Brainteasers interview was the one that stumped me. I eventually got to the solution for both of the problems (with help on the 2nd problem) and constantly communicating what I am thinking or working on my sheet.
A few days later I get an email that the team enjoyed talking to me and felt positive but they wont be moving forward.
When I asked for a feedback, I got ghosted.
