Interview with line manager, a lot of questions on Oil Trading (a kind of exam), friendly, open-minded. Followed by the interview with RH, friendly, but somehow tricky...The important things and working conditions are announced at the end, after 2 hours spent on interviews.

Interview

You will meet with HR first for soft skills questions, then with line manager ,colleagues from your team and one trader, depending on which position you are applying for. One technical test but its straight forward. Everyone was friendly.
