I applied through a recruiter and I was called for an interview with the technical manager, HR and a mechanical engineeer. The interview is in person but that depends on how far you are from their office, they are willing to have interviews over Teams if you live too far.

Software you have used in the past (they use Solidworks) but as long as you have used a draughting software, they know you will easily find your way around solidworks.
