The first interview is a meeting with the recruiter, you discuss your experience, it’s very chilled. Then they send you a technical challenge in either Java or C#, there are also some database questions. After reviewing your results, they invite you to a technical interview and they send you a readme.txt file with all the topics that will be covered in the interview. After the interview, there is an HR interview. The engineers I interviewed with were pretty cool and would explain what I got wrong in the technical interview.
