SME Factors interview questions

I was being interview on December 2015. There was no feedback given at all, no emails, no calls. I had to call them for continuous 1 week to receive updates on my interview session that I had gone through. Interview session was conducted for the past 1 hour with the CEO's. They were not enquiring any details, backgrounds, skills and knowledge that I had achieved in my career life. In fact, they were so demotivating and at times it sounded unprofessional. The worst experience that I ever had before this and being interview as such in my life, with an unprofessional company and unskilled workers.
