It was a fun interview. The CTO is really nice guy. He asked about my experience and which technology I used before. There should be a few stages. First - screening. Second - call with CTO. Third - technical interview

Interview
Because the company was small, it was a relatively short process. A few talks with the CTO, a case study and then talking to the founders and team. It all went relatively fast and the feedback was strict yet honest.
After couple of on-site interviews, no answer was given.
Contacting the employer and asking for a status has resulted in a typical "we will get back to you" response.
Very unprofessional!!!
Don't waste your time on the interviews for this company, you will not get an answer in any case.
