Interview
The interview process is extremely lengthy but well worth it. Switch is very careful and slow to hire, because if you are hired you are welcomed into the family. However, the team is exceptional, and once on board you are part of an elite group of "A" players. Switch focuses on skill and good energy. Be positive, humble, confident and willing to do anything to help lift the vision of perfection that is Switch. It is a fun process and well worth it.
