The assessment combined presentations, group tasks, and individual evaluations. It tested communication, teamwork, and independent thinking. Behavioural questions explored real experiences, providing a balanced view of skills, problem-solving, and overall capability.

Interview
Well structured group interview, you speak with real engineers and other graduates. I was unsuccessful but was impressed with the interview process - it was a lot of back and forth where you were able to deeply learn about the company.
