SGN interview questions

Had to chase HR after seeing job advertised on Linkedin, then was interviewed by two managers; after clearly demonstrating I had the experience for the role was turned down over not answering a vaguely phrased question in a way they found 'acceptable', I concluded that the vacancy had already been filled internally, and the post on Linkedin was simply to tick a box so that they could claim they advertised the job fairly.

Well structured group interview, you speak with real engineers and other graduates. I was unsuccessful but was impressed with the interview process - it was a lot of back and forth where you were able to deeply learn about the company.
