Interview is the whole psychological game between interviewer and interviewee, it all depends on the employer how he arrange for the same. Arranging it with friendly environment could give relief and confidence to the interviewee and the employer can evaulate with his best interest. This is what i had experienced in SFM, they arranged the interview in a very professionally and friendly way.
