I applied online. I interviewed at SAS in Oct 2024
Interview
Very simple, starting off with hirevue. Ask the basic interview questions like tell me about yourself. Was also asked about a time I had to learn something new and how I did it.
Fairly easy. We discussed projects and hackathons on my resume, as well as my basic technical knowledge based on the languages I listed I knew. I was interviewed directly by the hiring manager and two other supporting interviewers.
I applied through university. I interviewed at SAS (Pune) in Apr 2025
Interview
They asked me to explain about my projects, and basic questions on OOPs and JAVA. In Java, they expected me to code a few questions like the rotation of an array, which I wasn't able to do at that time. Then they gave me a sheet and expected me to tell the output of the code. Also, basic questions like two-sum array (leetcode) and implementing overriding in Java.
