There are 3 interviews for this job. The first 2 are over the phone and the third is an in person at their HQ's in Newtown, PA. The first phone interview is quite easy; it's just with a HR person that makes sure you can speak decently. The second interview is with what they call a hiring manager. This person is an account rep and also does some of the interviewing. This is a much more difficult interview. I have not reached the third interview yet, but apparently it's a 10 minute presentation on any topic of your choice. After that, if your presentation matched their expectations you get an offer.
