Step 1: Internal HR posting
2: Contacted Hiring manager upon receiving a call for a specific advertised position
3: Phone interview - initial screening
4: Phone interview final screening before the senior management in-person interview
5: Selection and finalization of offer
Team interview followed by a video with BD and Account leadership that was a good conversation that covered my professional background and discussions about the job and expectations and what to expect, how the team approaches on boarding, and the learning curve of BD. Additionally we discussed contract work oppertutnies that could also be a good fit based on my experiences.
