SAADAA SUSTAINABLE DESIGNS AND TECHNOLOGIES interview questions

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Saadaa’s recruitment process. It was unnecessarily prolonged, disorganized, and unprofessional. After submitting my application on December 16, I had an initial call with the recruiter the same day, followed by a rescheduled HR interview. The interview with the founder on December 27 gave me no clear direction or feedback. I had to wait for days just to get a response about the next steps, which created unnecessary uncertainty. The feedback I received was not constructive or helpful but rather discouraging, making me feel undervalued. It’s clear that they are just building a database of candidates without a genuine intent to hire anyone. Overall, it felt like a waste of time, and I would not recommend engaging with this company. They do not seem serious about hiring and have a very unprofessional recruitment process.
