S2S Environmental interview questions

The interview process included a team, they asked me behavioural and situational questions. Many questions regarding the workflow how it will be in the field. Basically they didn’t want to hire just seeing how qualified the candidate is.

It has 3 steps, First happens on call with HR and then you are selected to go ahead with Group Manager to have your interview done, They ask about the technical abilities and about the job role. And the last interview happens in person with GM and PM and salary negotiation happens if everything goes right.
