Interview
Simple no actual process, interviewer was awkward and lacked process of interview skills (even tho she's been there for 8 years). Very informal - office was a complete mess. Cat hair and dog hair everywhere. Piles of papers all throughout the office. The supervising social worker was nervous and giggled a lot. Not professional at all.
