Interview
Pretty easy.. the English test is easy and the interview is too. Around 200 people turned up on the day and it was very disorganised with only two recruiters there. First we did an English test and when the results were done they call us forward and called around 10 people into a room for "feedback". It was obvious to everyone else they had failed and felt so sorry for them as how it was delt with wasnt that well done as they had to walk pass us to get out ( a pretty humiliating situation) the interviews went into least 3-10PM due to high numbers!
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..
Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
