Interview
Very easy process.
The day started off with an english written test. The ones who did not pass it went home immediately. Then, after lunch, we had a 1:1 interview.
It was a very quick interview. I was asked a series of YES/NO questions (e.g. Can you swim? Do you have any visible tattoos? Are you able to afford the training course? Etc) and why I wanted to become cabin crew. Took approx. 10 minutes and after a few weeks I received an email saying that I was successful.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
