I applied online. I interviewed at RxAnte in Jun 2023
Interview
Completed two rounds of interviews with the company only to be ghosted. Emailed the recruiter a week after the final interview asking for an update and never got a reply. Makes the company look unnecessarily bad because of the lack of professionalism on the part of the person whose job it is is to be the face of the company for candidates.

Question 1
Why would a recruiter make the company look unnecessarily bad by ghosting candidates in the middle of the interview process?
I applied online. I interviewed at RxAnte in Apr 2021
Interview
Shortly after I applied I was contacted by a senior manager and was invited to a 30-minute Zoom interview. We talked about my experience as a software engineer, the position at RxAnte, my approach to writing code, etc. The entire interview was very friendly, and I felt very comfortable.
Following that, I was invited to a 1-hour code review with the same senior manager. I was asked to walk him through some code I had written more than a month ago then was tasked with reviewing and analyzing code that he provided. We discussed different strategies and how I would have approached the same code if I was writing it now.
The next step was to participate in 6 30-minute interviews with my potential teammates and stakeholders in other departments. I enjoyed speaking with everyone and felt like they were more interested in getting to know me than trying to find reasons why I wouldn't be a good fit (we've all had interviews where that happens).
One of the things that surprised me was that a significant number of employees at RxAnte have and always will be permanently remote, even before the pandemic hit.
In the end, I was offered the position and was happy to accept! Can't wait to start!

Question 1
Most of my conversations were casual discussions, which I think can sometimes reveal a lot more about someone than a simple Q&A session.
