I applied online. The process to be shortlisted took 2 weeks. Pre interview operational meeting online was really helpful to understand the structure, expectations and pay before going to the formal interview. Formal interview in London- right near Liverpool Street station. Genuinely the Nicest interview that I’ve ever had. Really supportive and friendly. Good information given about the expectations of the role. The interview is fairly easy if you’re passionate about phonics and know the RWI programme.
