2 stage phone then in person. Was very high pressured and was not comfortable. They did provide some good feedback I've been able to use in the future, was one of my first ever interviews

I had an Initial telephone screening interview for 30 mins. We discussed the role and my current role before agreeing to a formal meeting. This was in the form of a face to face meeting with the MD. An offer was then made the next day.
