We had a phone interview. The interviewer asked me to describe projects on my resume. They also asked several behavioral interview questions focused on how to work as a team/teamwork skills.

Question 1
Describe your previous project that involved teamwork.
1 screening call and 3 interviews (2 technical, 1 behavioral). Each interview lasted 30 minutes to an hour. The technicals involved one describing personal projects and one coding challenge. The behavioral was kind of a resume walkthrough with many follow-up questions.

Interview
There was one behavioral interview followed up by one technical coding challenge for the software position. If both of these interviews are passed successfully, there is a call to discuss the specifics of the role.
