I was a 7.5 year experienced guy and I was interviewed by a 3 year experienced person (bizarre, right?) I was asked to write algos and logics for whatever he asked. I answered 3/4th of the questions. However, he was not satisfied with most of my answers. No communication from them if I was selected for the next round or not
