How do you find the right balance between building things that are asked for which continously distracts everyone from a direction against executing a fixed plan risking unforeseen consequences because of a world full of changing customer needs
I applied in mid September. They told me I was shortlisted in mid October, with no follow-up, other than a promise that someone would be in touch soon with next steps. Ghosted thereafter.
