The interview process was very relaxed and focused on chemistry as opposed to testing knowledge. It was a two-stage process with the most senior people in the company and I then did a written task as a matter of formality to check my CV stacked up.

Initially the process seemed very smooth, and quick, although a bit informal. Had a video call with someone on the leadership team, which went well. Was quickly followed by a request to meet a second person, whom I met in person. They seemed to be looking more for ‘vibes’ and personality fit rather than any impressive background, which I think is fair at this level. Took them about 10 days to come back with a rejection email, but their final candidate didn’t come through so they reposted the job shortly.
