Ruby Operations Manager interview questions

I was welcomed and offered a soft drink. The interview questions were adequate to the role I applied for, I was surprised that no notes were taken as legally they need to be filed for 6 months. It made me believe that not much consideration was given to me as the final outcome would be based solely on the memory of the interviewer. Also, I was not sure whether all applicants were asked the same questions to ensure the process was fair. I was then ghosted and had to ask for feedback via email.
