I applied for an Enterprise Manager position in July and had an initial call with a recruiter who said they’d pass my CV to the hiring manager, but I never heard back. A few months later, another manager contacted me about an Account Manager role. After a good conversation, I applied and waited about two weeks for the recruiter to schedule an interview. Communication was inconsistent — I was contacted late at night for next-day calls and received interview invites with very short notice. Despite attending all interviews, I never received any feedback or a formal rejection, even after following up multiple times. Overall, the process was long, disorganized, and lacked communication or closure. A simple follow-up or rejection email would have gone a long way in showing respect for candidates’ time.
