Went through a criteria cognitive aptitude test. The test was 50 questions and lasted 15 min. I was informed post the test that I didn't have their required work background.

Question 1
Interview questions were from a criteria cognitive aptitude test
Spoke to hr. Then hiring manager. Pretty straight forward. Didn’t get to next steps which would have been a case study. The people I spoke to were very nice and seems like a good company culture
I applied online. I interviewed at Rokt (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
A warm, but at times challenging interview process to make sure they got the right fit for the role
--Email from the recruiter with a cognitive aptitude test. It's a simple 50 questions in 15 minutes that's kind of fun (keep an eye on your junk email folder)
--Started with 30-minute video call with the recruiter. Dove into my background, the company, and the role.
--Next went to the hiring manager for an hour-long video call. A few more detailed questions about why I would be a good fit for this role and plenty of time to ask questions.
--Then presented something that on something I was familiar with so they could see how you do in those settings
--Next step was someone higher up in the department for a 30-minute conversation on my background
I then unfortunately received the rejection email that they were moving forward with others. I asked for feedback, but didn't hear anything back.
Overall a good process with lots of smart and friendly people.
