The interview process took about 5-6 months in total with the people and members of the executive team. It resulted in odd follow ups each time with Rokt telling me they were excited and will get back to me asap. After each of these emails, I waited about 3-4 weeks before following up. Each time, a new executive or assistant would reply and tell me they wanted me to meet someone else. I obliged and then the pattern would repeat itself. I think the most unfortunate part of this experience was every time I met someone new, I enjoyed our conversation and thought they would be great to work with. The problem is, their Chief People Officer has no strategy, has a terrible habit of setting expectations she doesn't intend to live up to and my experience with this person via email and shallow excitement gave me the impression they would be horrific to work with as I grow my career. It's truly unfortunate behavior on their part.
