The interview started with a short phone screening, followed by an online interview with the manager. They asked about my technical support experience, how I handle difficult customers, and a few troubleshooting scenarios. Overall, it was friendly and straightforward.

Question 1
Question: How would you handle an upset customer experiencing a technical issue?
Question: "Can you walk me through your step-by-step process for diagnosing an unfamiliar technical issue?"
Interview process was quick and easy. Had an initial phone interview, then through zoom on camera. All within a week of applying. I ultimately declined the offer for a better paying role elsewhere.
